Papaya yoghurt parfait
Makes: 2 pots
Ingredients
1 cup non-dairy yoghurt (I used cashew)
1 cup chopped Ruby Rise Papaya - Available at Coles Supermarkets
1/2 cup granola
Handful of raspberries
Method:
1. Prepare two jars
2. Into each glass: Add 1/2 cup of papaya, followed by 1/2 cup yoghurt, 1/4 cup granola and top with extra papaya & berries.
3. Serve immediately or store in the fridge overnight if desired
