Coconut toast with papaya stars
Recipe collaboration with Sunkissed kitchen
Per serve:
2 slices sourdough bread
2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
1 tsp maple syrup
Pinch cinnamon
Papaya flesh, cut into star shapes (you can use fondant cutters, cookie cutters, or if you’re really feeling crafty - you could cut your own!)
Mix the coconut yoghurt with the maple syrup and cinnamon, then spread onto bread, decorate with the papaya stars, and some edible flowers if desired!
