Ingredients
½ Ruby Rise Papaya cut into cubes (skin removed) and frozen first
1 cup raspberries
½ cup activated buckwheat (or sub for cashews)
2 cm length fresh ginger, skin removed
⅔ cup coconut milk
⅔ cup water
Method
Add everything to a high speed blender. Blitz until very smooth. Enjoy immediately, topped with whatever you fancy!
