Recipe collaboration with Healthy French Wife
Ingredients
1 red cabbage, sliced
soba noodles
1/2 Ruby Red Papaya
spring onions, sliced diagonally
coriander leaves
sesame seeds
And for the topping: soy dressing (2 tbsp. tamari sauce , 1/2 tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, 1/3 cup water or olive oil, 1/2 tsp ginger, garlic, onion powder to taste).
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and top with soy dressing.
