Ingredients
For the Boat
½ red papaya, seeds removed
For the Smoothie
½ cup frozen mixed berries (70g)
½ cup natural or Greek yoghurt (125g)
½ cup diced red papaya (75g)
Toppings
Fresh blueberries, kiwi, banana slices, buckinis, shredded coconut, granola or your favourite ingredients
Method
Blend smoothie ingredients (berries, yoghurt and extra red papaya) until smooth.
Spoon smoothie into de-seeded red papaya half and garnish with your choice of toppings. Serve immediately.
